What is the Protection Manager?

The Protection Manager is where you can opt to either protect your data with MySudo all-in-one privacy app or ask the company to delete it.

MySudo Protection
If you opt to protect your data with MySudo, you will see instructions for switching out the personal information that the company has about you for Sudo information which you create in MySudo (part of the same family of apps as RECLAIM). Sudos are secure digital profiles with name, phone, email, and payment cards to use instead of your own. You have up to nine Sudos in MySudo, so you can organize your Sudos by purpose (e.g. food delivery, shopping).

By doing this, you are powerfully protecting your personal information and breaking your data trail. If your Sudo information is hit in a data breach or the company sells it to data brokers for profit, for example, your own information is safe. You might choose to mute or delete the affected Sudo and create a new one based on your personal needs.
