When transferring your account via QR code to a new device, only your most recent data downloads initially. This ensures the app opens quickly on the new device.
If older messages, emails, or call records aren’t appearing, you can Download Sudo History:

Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.

Tap Backup & Import/Export → tap Download Sudo History
For accounts with a large volume of data, multiple downloads may be required. Once all data is synced, the app will display “Sudo history downloaded”.
