Some Android devices restrict background app activity to save battery. This can delay or block MySudo notifications until you open the app. To fix this, add MySudo to your device’s battery optimization or background activity exceptions.
Check both the following Settings:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Battery > Adaptive preferences
- Set to unrestricted/Off
And
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Apps > See all apps.
- Choose MySudo, Then, tap Battery.
- Under "Manage battery usage" check it is unrestricted/Off.
