Creating and Managing MySudo Phone Numbers

Note: See here for a list of countries for which MySudo currently supports phone number creation.

You can add a phone number to a Sudo profile if your plan includes available number entitlements.

Add a phone number:

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Select the Sudo profile you want to add a phone number to.

3. Tap Add a Phone Number → select a preferred country → enter a city name or area code → select a phone number → tap Choose Number.

• SudoGo: 1 included phone number

• SudoPro: 3 included phone numbers

• SudoMax: 9 included phone numbers

Troubleshooting:

• A paid subscription is required to create phone numbers.

• If you’ve used all your included phone number resets, you’ll need to purchase additional resets in-app.

• If you still cannot create a number, contact Support via your in-app Help settings.

You can always check your Plans screen to see how many phone numbers you have remaining before purchasing more.

If you have remaining phone number entitlements remaining:

• Tap the Sudo icon in the top left corner

• Tap the Sudo profile you want to add a phone number to

• Tap Add a Phone Number

• Select a preferred country 

• Enter a city name or area code

• Select a phone number

• Tap Choose Number

-When you purchase the SudoGo plan, you will receive 1 included phone number.

-When you purchase the SudoPro plan, you will receive 3 included phone numbers.

-When you purchase the SudoMax plan, you will receive 9 included phone numbers.

*If additional phone number resets are needed, they can be purchased within the app for a small fee. 

You can always check your Plans screen to see how many phone numbers you have remaining before you'll be prompted to purchase one.
