Lock and unlock MySudo Password

Locking MySudo Password protects your vault by requiring your vault password or biometric ID before anyone can access your saved items.

Automatically lock your vault
MySudo Password automatically locks after a period of inactivity.

Default settings:

• Mobile apps: 2 minutes

• Browser extensions: 10 minutes

You can adjust the auto-lock time in your security settings.

Manually lock your vault
To lock MySudo Password at any time:

1. Open MySudo Password.

2. Open Settings → select Lock app.

Unlock your vault
To unlock MySudo Password:

• Enter your vault password, or

• Use biometric unlock (Face ID or fingerprint) on supported mobile devices.

If biometric unlock is unavailable, you can always use your vault password.
