A privacy based service that requires Google or Apple Pay??

I was so excited when I learned about this app from Naomi Brockwell, someone who's all about privacy! But what is this? Google Pay? A Secondary Google or Apple device for setup? You've got to be joking, right?!

If you actually cared about privacy, Google or Apple would never have been a requirement to run this app. 

I have been going through questions on here and that issue has been brought up over 4 years ago. 4 long years guys!!! For customers who seek true privacy like I do, this is not acceptable, sorry.

JMP.chat is more expensive, but at least they take privacy seriously.

  I second this. For privacy, we should not have to use the play store to get the app. Subscriptions can be payed for with paypal instead of the play store.
