Will my phone number ever expire?
- If your account has been inactive, as a whole, for 30 days, phone numbers will be automatically removed from the account. (simply opening the app will make the account active)
The above point is made on the support page. Does this mean even for a paid plan, inactivity for 30 days will cause all numbers to be deleted?
Is inactivity only defined by opening the app? So if someone sends an email to a sudomail address, or calls a Sudo number, does it count as activity even if the owner does not open the app or answer the call?
Am wondering about traveling for >30 days and not having one's phone available.

The above does not apply if you are on a paid plan. If you have an active subscription, your number(s) will not be deleted.
Yes inactivity is defined by opening the app. Any action taken such as opening the app, sending a message/email or making a call will mark an account as active.

JK, thanks for bringing this to our attention, we have since updated the knowledge base article in question to make it clear that your numbers will be never expire or be deleted whilst you are on a paid subscription plan. Our paid plans start at $0.99 per month.
