If your MySudo account has been deleted, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You deleted your account in the MySudo app
Before your account was automatically deleted, you would have received confirmation prompts explaining that account deletion is permanent.
What you can do:
If you believe your account was deleted in error or would like to explain your circumstances, contact MySudo Support. They will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and determine whether you are eligible to create another MySudo account.
2. You requested account deletion through MySudo Support
You would have been directly informed by Support that account deletion is permanent.
What you can do:
If you would like to explain your circumstances, you can contact MySudo Support. They will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. Because you specifically requested account deletion through Support, you may not be eligible to create another account.
3. You deleted your MySudo VPN account
Because MySudo VPN and MySudo accounts are linked, deleting your MySudo VPN account also deletes your MySudo account - you would have received confirmation prompts explaining that account deletion is permanent across products.
What you can do:
Contact MySudo Support and explain your situation. They will review your case and determine whether your account can be re-established and/or whether you are eligible to create another MySudo account. Support may also help you regain access to the MySudo products associated with your account, where applicable.
4. Your account was inactive without a subscription
MySudo accounts that have been inactive for more than one year without an active subscription are automatically deleted.
What you can do:
Contact MySudo Support. If your account was deleted for inactivity, Support can help you get back up and running with a new account.
*Please note that your previous Sudo email address, phone numbers, handles, and other account information were deleted. Recovery of a Sudo email address or phone number may be possible if it is still within the applicable recovery period. Support can assess your situation and determine whether recovery is possible.
