If you are having issues with MySudo while connected to a VPN, you may be connected to a VPN egress point we have restricted.
Option 1:

Connect to a different VPN server.

Close MySudo completely and reopen.

Change your VPN protocol (e.g., WireGuard or IPSec instead of OpenVPN).

Close MySudo completely and reopen.
Option 3:
- Download MySudo VPN from the App Store or Play Store.
- MySudo VPN is optimized to work efficiently with the app.
