As long as you have an existing valid subscription on one device, a second device can access this same subscription plan.
(Enhancements to initiating multi-device are coming soon.)
1. If you have MySudo VPN and MySudo app installed on your first device:
- Install MySudo VPN on your second device
- Install MySudo app on your second device
- On the first device: Open MySudo app > Settings > Backup & Import/Export > Export
- On the second device: Open MySudo app > Settings > Backup & Import/Export > Import
- Open MySudo VPN
2. If you have MySudo VPN but do not have MySudo app installed on your first device:
- Install MySudo VPN on your second device
- On the second device: Use the Import option during onboarding
- On the first device: Settings icon > Export To Another Device
Please Note:
- If you cancel the subscription on the first device (or it expires), you will need to purchase a new subscription on the second device so you don’t miss out on all the benefits of a subscription plan.
- Although it is possible to connect multiple devices simultaneously to the VPN service, your plan or acceptable use policy may have limits on the amount of data you can consume within a month.
