Manage MySudo Global Notifications Feed

The Global Notification Feed brings together alerts from all your Sudos into a single, easy-to-review list.
You can quickly see new calls, messages, and voicemails and mark them read or unread without switching profiles.

How to Control What Appears in the Feed
Items only show in the Global Feed if notifications are enabled at the Sudo level:

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner

3. Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit → Notifications and toggle Receive Notifications ON/OFF.

• ON: Notifications from this Sudo will appear in the Global Feed.

• OFF: Notifications for this Sudo will not appear, but you can still view activity inside that Sudo’s own inbox.

What Happens to Hidden Items
Turning notifications off for a Sudo doesn’t delete anything.
Calls, messages, and voicemails remain accessible in the individual Sudo’s tabs—they just won’t surface in the Global Feed.
