What information will be disclosed with a properly served request warrant from law enforcement?

Anonyome Labs believes that anonymity is a capability that should be used responsibly. Further, we believe that there should be recourse if anonymity is used as part of an illegal activity. As such, Anonyome Labs will comply with any properly served request from recognized law enforcement agencies to the extent possible.

There are limits on the information we can provide because of how Sudo Platform and MySudo use encryption. For example:

• Depending on the MySudo capabilities a user has chosen to use, they may not have been required to provided their legal identity information.

• Unless a user’s device has been compromised and the user’s private keys recovered, decrypting Anonyome Labs-stored data is unlikely.
