Can Law Enforcement find out who I am through using MySudo?

Initial registration and onboarding to MySudo does not require you to provide your legal identity information, so we are not able to provide this information if requested by law enforcement.

Some MySudo capabilities, such as virtual cards and telephone numbers in a limited number of countries, have a regulatory requirement that we collect and verify your legal identity before you can use those capabilities. In the case where a user has provided their legal identity to use one of these capabilities, Anonyome Labs associates that legal identity information with all aspects of their MySudo account. In these cases, Anonyome Labs would provide legal identity information if requested by law enforcement, including if the request pertained to a MySudo identifier that does not require legal identity information, such as an email address.
