Managing MySudo Notification Sounds

You can customize the ringtone, email, and message sounds for each of your Sudo profiles — or mute them entirely.

Change Notification Sounds

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner

3. Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit 

4. Under Notifications, select the communication type:

   • Calls → tap Sound

   • Email → tap Sound

   • Messages → tap Sound

5. Preview the available sounds and choose the one you want.

Mute Notifications

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner

3. Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit → under Notifications, disable the options you don’t want to receive (email, calls, or messages).

When notifications are muted, you won’t receive alerts for incoming communications. However, a red badge will still appear on the Sudo profile to indicate new content.

Tip: Adjusting notifications at the Sudo level also affects what appears in your Global Notification Feed, which combines all Sudo notifications in one place for easy review.
