MySudo Voicemail Management

Manage voicemail for your MySudo numbers, including greetings, disabling voicemail, and limits. Each Sudo can have its own settings.
 

Change Your Voicemail Greeting

You can record a different greeting for each Sudo.

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner

3. Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit → tap Voicemail

Options:

• Custom Greeting:

  • Out-of-Network: Callers hear your recorded message.

  • In-Network (MySudo users): Calls drop if unanswered; “No Answer” message appears.

• Default Greeting:

  • Out-of-Network: Standard message:
    “Sorry, the person you are calling is not available. Please leave a message.”

  • In-Network: Calls drop if unanswered; “No Answer” message appears.

Disable Your Voicemail Greeting

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner

3. Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit → tap Voicemail

4. Tap Voicemail disabled → Save.

Voicemail Length and Limits

• Maximum voicemail length: 90 seconds.

• Voicemails count against your monthly minutes, along with Sudo-to-NonSudo calls.

• Sudo-to-Sudo calls are free and do not count toward limits.
