Manage voicemail for your MySudo numbers, including greetings, disabling voicemail, and limits. Each Sudo can have its own settings.
Change Your Voicemail Greeting
You can record a different greeting for each Sudo.
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit → tap Voicemail
Options:
Custom Greeting:
Out-of-Network: Callers hear your recorded message.
In-Network (MySudo users): Calls drop if unanswered; “No Answer” message appears.
Default Greeting:
Out-of-Network: Standard message:
“Sorry, the person you are calling is not available. Please leave a message.”In-Network: Calls drop if unanswered; “No Answer” message appears.
Disable Your Voicemail Greeting
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
Tap Sudo Preferences → tap the Sudo profile you want to edit → tap Voicemail
Tap Voicemail disabled → Save.
Voicemail Length and Limits
Maximum voicemail length: 90 seconds.
Voicemails count against your monthly minutes, along with Sudo-to-NonSudo calls.
Sudo-to-Sudo calls are free and do not count toward limits.
