MySudo Video Calling Overview

MySudo video calling is fully end-to-end encrypted and only supported Sudo-to-Sudo. This ensures your video calls are completely private, secure, and safe.

Invite your friends or family to MySudo to start taking full advantage of secure Sudo-to-Sudo communications

Making a Video Call

You can start a video call:

• From a text message: Tap the Video icon in the top-right corner

• From the Contacts list: Tap the Video icon next to a MySudo contact

Group Video Calls

Starting a Group Video Call:

• From the Call tab:

  • Tap the dial pad → New Encrypted Group → select contacts → tap Video Call icon

• From a group text thread:

  • Tap the Join video call icon in the top-right corner

Group Size:

• Maximum 5 MySudo users per group call (yourself + 4 others)

Adding Participants to an Active Call:

• To add someone not in the original group: End the call and start a new one with the new participant

• Original participants can join up to 5 minutes after the call starts via the Join button on Call List or Call Details - after 5 minutes, a new call must be initiated
