MySudo also lets you call people who don’t have a MySudo account - these are considered out-of-network calls or ‘Sudo-to-NonSudo’.
Key Points
-
Not End-to-End Encrypted: Calls between a MySudo user and a non-MySudo user leave the Sudo Platform and travel over public phone networks. Because of this, these calls are less private than Sudo-to-Sudo calls.
-
No Video Calling: Video calls are only available between MySudo users. Calls to non-users are voice only.
-
Subscription Limits: The number of minutes you can use when calling non-MySudo users depends on your subscription plan. Check your plan details in the app for your available minutes.
Note:
- Sudo-to-nonSudo messaging is Limited to select countries
- A phone number is required in order to call Non-MySudo users.
- Sudo-to-Sudo calling and video chat do not require a phone number. You can place calls using a Sudo Handle or a Sudo phone number — it’s your choice.
