Add an extra layer of security to your MySudo account by setting a PIN or enabling Biometric ID (Touch ID or Face ID). With this enabled, the app will require your PIN or Biometric ID to open.
Important:
You must set a PIN before enabling Biometric security.
Remember your PIN; MySudo cannot reset it for you.
The MySudo PIN is independent of your device passcode.
Setting a PIN and Biometric ID
For iOS:
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.
Scroll down and tap PIN.
If you have Touch ID or Face ID enabled on your device, you’ll be prompted to allow Biometric ID.
Allow: Use Biometric ID instead of your PIN.
Don’t Allow: You’ll need to enter your PIN to open MySudo.
For Android:
Ensure Facial Recognition or Touch ID is enabled in your device settings.
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.
Scroll down and tap Enable Biometric ID & PIN → enter a PIN if you don’t have one already.
Biometric ID is now enabled and will prompt the next time you open MySudo.
