Your device and MySudo have multiple settings that affect notifications. Make sure both are set correctly to receive calls, messages, and emails.
Managing MySudo Notification Sounds
Device Settings:
Do Not Disturb: Turn off to receive notifications.
Time/Date: Set to Automatic for timely notifications.
Contacts: Allow access to use device contacts.
Photos: Enable to send images via MMS/email.
Microphone & Camera: Enable for voice/video calls and MMS content.
Notifications: Allow notifications and choose your alert style. (required for incoming call and message alerts).
Background App Refresh (iOS): Enable for real-time updates.
Cellular Data: Enable to use mobile data when Wi-Fi isn’t available.
Global In-App Settings (All Sudo Profiles):
Calls: Manage blocked numbers; optionally show calls in your device call log.
Messages: Enable read receipts (Sudo-to-Sudo only).
Virtual Cards: View active funding source and closed cards (paid subscriptions only)
Contacts: Sort order, device contact access, private contact matching, discoverability, and notifications for new contacts.
Privacy: Allow anonymized crash reports and analytics.
Team Sudo Updates: Receive tips, tricks, and news from Team Sudo.
Sudo-Level Settings (Individual Profiles):
Support Sudo: Set as default for contacting Support.
Calls: Custom voicemail greetings; silence unknown callers.
Email: Load remote images (privacy vs. full view).
Message Notifications: Enable/disable, show sender previews, adjust sounds.
Call Notifications: Enable/disable, show caller ID, adjust sounds.
Email Notifications: Enable/disable, show sender/subject, adjust sounds.
Tip: On some Android devices, too many unread notifications may delay alerts. Clear all from the Bell icon if needed.
