Change Your Subscription from Apple/Google to your MySudo Account Portal

If you currently have a MySudo subscription through Apple or Google and want to switch to a MySudo Account Portal subscription, we recommend cancelling your existing subscription before purchasing your new plan.

Your Apple or Google subscription and your online Account subscription are managed separately. Cancelling your existing subscription first can help prevent overlapping subscriptions and unintended renewal charges.
 

Step 1: Cancel Your Current Subscription

Note: Cancelling your Apple or Google subscription stops future renewals but does not immediately end your current subscription. Your Apple or Google subscription remains active until its current subscription period ends.

Step 2: Purchase a Subscription in the MySudo Account Portal
After cancelling your Apple or Google subscription, you can purchase a new subscription through the MySudo Account Portal.

Select the plan you want, complete checkout, and then link the subscription to your mobile app.
