At this time, it is not possible to change the email address you use to log in to your MySudo Account Portal. Your login email is permanent once the account is created.
If you need to use a different email address, contact MySudo Support for assistance. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Details from your existing MySudo Account Portal, such as saved payment methods and past invoices, will not transfer to a new account.
Your MySudo products and subscriptions are not affected. Your MySudo, MySudo Password, and other linked products will continue to work as normal.
Important: Your existing subscription will also continue to renew automatically, even if you can no longer access the original MySudo Account Portal. If you need to cancel the subscription associated with the original account, contact MySudo Support for assistance.
