Accessing MySudo Desktop
Currently, you can only log into MySudo Desktop by linking it to your MySudo mobile app.
Standalone login without a mobile device is not supported.Your mobile app will remain linked to MySudo Desktop until you sign out from either device.
System Requirements
Before downloading MySudo Desktop, make sure your devices meet the following minimum requirements:
Mobile app: MySudo for iOS/Android current version [links to articles]
iOS devices: iOS 17 or higher
Android devices: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher / API version 24+
Windows: Windows 10 or higher
Mac: macOS 14 or higher
If your device is running an older version, upgrade your operating system to ensure full compatibility and access to the latest features.
Downloading and Installing MySudo Desktop
Go to the Apple Store or Microsoft Windows Store and download MySudo Desktop onto your desktop or laptop.
Open the MySudo mobile app on your phone.
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner → tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
Tap Link desktop app → Link MySudo Desktop → scan the QR code displayed on your desktop.
You may need to grant the app access to your camera if you haven’t already.
Note: QR codes refresh every 30 seconds for your privacy and security. They cannot be saved or reused.
