Manage how your Sudo email works, protects your privacy, and handles deleted messages.
Block/Unblock an Email Sender
From within your email message, click Block Sender from the top menu bar
-Future emails from that address will be stopped by the system and won’t appear in your inbox.
Unblock
Click Settings in the bottom left corner → select a Sudo profile
Click Block List → Unblock
-The email is moved to the Inbox folder
-You can recover the deleted email from your Trash folder within 30 days if needed
Marking Email as Spam
From within your email message, click Mark as Spam from the top menu bar
Tap Mark as spam (the email will be moved to the Trash)
Future emails from that address will automatically be sent to your Spam folder.
Trash & Deleted Emails
When you delete an email, it is moved to the Trash folder and is automatically permanently deleted after 30 days.
Load remote images
For your privacy and security, remote images in emails are not loaded automatically by default. You can choose to display them on a per-Sudo basis by adjusting your settings:
Go to Settings → Select the Sudo profile you want to edit → Emails → toggle Load remote images
