Create a Custom Email Folder
Click the + button next to Folders under the Email Inbox section.
Special characters not permitted:

Rename or Delete a Custom Folder
Right-click the folder you want to rename/delete.
Click Rename folder or Delete folder
Special characters not permitted:

Note: When you delete a custom folder, any emails it contained are moved to the Trash folder.
You can either restore them from Trash or let them be automatically deleted after 30 days.
Move Emails to a Custom Folder
Click the email you you want to move (hold Shift or Control to select additional emails).
Click Move at the top of the email → Select the destination folder.
Note: Emails in the Sent folder cannot be moved at this time.
Create, Edit, or Disable a Custom Email Signature
Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.
Select the Sudo profile you want to edit → click Manage Signatures.
Edit your signature using the available formatting options or click the slider to disable the signature → Click Save.
Notes:
Desktop offers additional customization options; mobile will display the enhanced signature but cannot edit all formatting.
Images and logos cannot be added to signatures in order to help further protect your privacy and prevent any form of tracking associated with embedded images.
Copying a Custom Email Signature to Other Sudo Profiles
After creating/editing your signature, below the signature text box, select the Sudos to copy the signature to → Click Save
Note:
If a Sudo profile shows Override, selecting it will replace its existing signature with the new one.
Attachment Size Limits
Sudo-to-Sudo emails: Attachments can be up to 20 MB.
Sudo-to-NonSudo emails: Attachments can be up to 25 MB.
Supported file types for both include: docx, xlsx, jpeg, svg, gif, csv, txt, mp3, mp4, html, and zip.
Adding Attachments
You can attach files by dragging and dropping them over the From, To, or Subject lines.
To insert files directly into your message, drag and drop them into the email body.
Schedule Send
You can schedule an email to be sent at a specific time.
Compose your email as usual → click the drop-down arrow next to Send → select Schedule Send
Choose a date and time for the email to be delivered.
Your email will remain in the Drafts folder until it is sent at the scheduled time.
