Issues linking MySudo Sudo mobile app app to Desktop
On both devices, please ensure:
Current MySudo version is installed
Current OS is installed
VPN is disabled (or connected to a supported country)
Airplane Mode is disabled
Strong wi-fi or LTE connection
Issues with Sending and Receiving Emails
Ensure your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is stable.
If your connection is fine but issues persist, unlink your current MySudo Desktop session, then re-link your mobile device and try again.
