MySudo Subscription Renewal Process

Your MySudo subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it.

Monthly Subscriptions

• Renews each month on the same day you originally purchased your plan.

• If you upgrade to a higher plan, your renewal date will reset to the date of the upgrade.

Yearly Subscriptions

• Renews each year on the same day and month you originally purchased your plan.

• If you upgrade to a higher plan, your renewal date will reset to the date of the upgrade.

Important Notes

• Your messaging and calling minutes refresh each month on the same day you originally purchased your plan.

• You will not receive another set of phone number resets when your subscription renews. The included phone numbers are for the lifetime of your MySudo account.

• Any remaining entitlements from your previous plan will not roll over to the following month.

How to Check Your Renewal Date

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap Plans.

3. Your plan details, cost, renewal date, and remaining entitlements for the month will be listed below your current Plan box.
