How to Manage Your MySudo Subscription

How subscriptions are paid for

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed directly through your app store:

• iOS: Payments are charged to the payment method on your Apple ID.

• Android: Payments are charged to the payment method on your Google Play account.

Upgrading your subscription plan

iOS

• Open the MySudo app and tap the new plan you wish to purchase.

• Apple will automatically refund a prorated amount of your current plan.

• Your subscription is upgraded immediately, and your new renewal date resets to the day you upgraded.

Android

• Open the MySudo app and tap the new plan you wish to purchase.

• You’ll pay the full price for the new plan, but your unused portion of the previous plan is added to your new plan’s expiration date (extended time).

Downgrading or cross-grading your subscription plan

iOS

1. Go to Settings on your device.

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen → tap Subscriptions → tap MySudo.

3. Select your new plan.

Android

• Open the MySudo app and tap the new plan you wish to purchase.

Key notes

• Your current plan remains active until the renewal date, then renews at the new plan and price.

• Apple and Google manage all billing, refunds, and subscription timing.
