How subscriptions are paid for
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed directly through your app store:
iOS: Payments are charged to the payment method on your Apple ID.
Android: Payments are charged to the payment method on your Google Play account.
Upgrading your subscription plan
iOS
Open the MySudo app and tap the new plan you wish to purchase.
Apple will automatically refund a prorated amount of your current plan.
Your subscription is upgraded immediately, and your new renewal date resets to the day you upgraded.
Android
Open the MySudo app and tap the new plan you wish to purchase.
You’ll pay the full price for the new plan, but your unused portion of the previous plan is added to your new plan’s expiration date (extended time).
Downgrading or cross-grading your subscription plan
iOS
Go to Settings on your device.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen → tap Subscriptions → tap MySudo.
Select your new plan.
Android
Open the MySudo app and tap the new plan you wish to purchase.
Key notes
Your current plan remains active until the renewal date, then renews at the new plan and price.
Apple and Google manage all billing, refunds, and subscription timing.
