If you’re prompted in the app to delete Sudo profiles, it means you currently have more profiles than your subscription plan allows.
You will need to do one of the following:
Upgrade to a plan that supports the number of Sudos you want to keep.
Delete your over-allocated Sudo profiles so your current plan matches your allotted Sudos.
Be sure you are certain which Sudo profiles you want to delete, as deleted profiles cannot be recovered.
If you believe this is an error:
If you have an active subscription but are still being asked to delete profiles, the app may not be properly connecting to your subscription. You can try to restore it manually:
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.
Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases.
Check your Plans screen to confirm the subscription is active.
