SudoFree Plan Features

New Users:
New users can enjoy the full range of Sudo-to-Sudo features, unlimited communications, and capabilities at no cost on the SudoFree plan. If you purchase a paid subscription, you can also access Sudo-to-NonSudo communications.

Existing Users Dropped to SudoFree:
If your paid subscription was cancelled or expired, you are placed on SudoFree. For a 25-day grace period, all existing Sudo profiles and phone numbers remain active. After 25 days, you will be limited to 3 Sudo profiles, 3 email addresses, and all Sudo phone numbers will be removed. To retain additional profiles or phone numbers, a paid plan is required.
 

SudoFree Features

Sudo Profiles

• Up to 3 Sudo profiles at any given time

• 3 Sudo Handles for Sudo-to-Sudo communications

• 3 email addresses

Voice & Video Calling

• Sudo-to-Sudo (via Sudo Handles) — unlimited & E2E encrypted

• Sudo-to-NonSudo calls are not supported

  • Upgrade to a paid plan to make/receive calls with non-MySudo users

  • Upgrade to SudoMax for unlimited Sudo-to-NonSudo calling

Messaging

• Sudo-to-Sudo (via Sudo Handles)— unlimited & E2E encrypted

• Sudo-to-NonSudo messaging is not supported

  • Upgrade to a paid plan to send/receive messages with non-MySudo users

  • Upgrade to SudoMax for unlimited Sudo-to-NonSudo messaging

Emailing

• Up to 3 active email addresses (one per Sudo profile)

• Each Sudo profile is assigned a single email address

  • Email addresses cannot be deleted or changed on the SudoFree plan

  • Changing an email address requires an available email address change included with a paid plan

• Sudo-to-Sudo email: send/receive emails to/from other MySudo users with full end-to-end encryption

• Sudo-to-NonSudo email: send/receive emails to/from any email user

• Maximum email size: 25MB per message

• Email Attachments, Storage, and Scheduled Sending
