Some services use “short codes” for verification codes, OTPs, 2FA, or promotional messages. While MySudo accepts short code messages, some services do not support VoIP numbers by design.
Workarounds if you don’t receive a code:
Use a US or Canadian MySudo number vs. a UK number.
Check if the service allows verification via email or phone call.
Use your personal number for verification, then update the service to your MySudo number.
As services change their policies and technology, more short codes from those services will be received.
Note: You may not be able to reply to all short code numbers from MySudo.
