Resetting a MySudo Phone Number

Steps:

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Select the Sudo profile you want to edit.

3. Tap More → tap View & edit details → Edit.

4. Tap the Trash icon next to the phone number and confirm deletion.

5. Tap Add a Phone Number and follow the steps to create a new number.

If you have used all allotted phone numbers, you can either purchase an additional number or upgrade to a higher plan. You will be prompted to do so when attempting a reset.

Important: Resetting a phone number permanently deletes all call records, message data, and emails associated with that number.

Suggestion: If you simply want to stop receiving calls or messages to that number, consider muting instead of resetting. Muting preserves your history and data while silencing notifications.
