Steps to Port Out
Open the MySudo app and contact Support with the number you want to port out.
We’ll verify the number is associated with your account and provide instructions along with any additional information your new carrier may require.
You will then initiate the port with your new carrier - keep your MySudo account and number active until your new carrier confirms the port has completed.
After the Port Completes
Once your new carrier confirms the port is finished, delete the number from the MySudo app to prevent any routing issues.
