Paid plans: Phone numbers never expire.

If you are downgraded from a paid plan due to plan expiry, numbers remain on your account for 25 days before permanent deletion.
To keep your MySudo phone numbers, upgrade to a paid plan.
After 25 days, only your first 3 Sudo profiles and email addresses are retained; all others are permanently deleted.
Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower plan, you will be asked to delete excess profiles and phone numbers the new plan does not support. Over-allocated numbers will be automatically deleted after 25 days if no change is made - they are not recoverable.
