Yes! MySudo does allow porting of US and CAN numbers.
-US Territory numbers are not accepted at this time.
Port Into MySudo:
Pre-requisites
The number you port in must meet the follow criteria:

Must be a US or Canadian phone number.

Must be a US or Canadian billing address.
- Cannot be a US territory number (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands)

Must be an existing number with a standard cell network or VoIP provider.

Must be on a paid subscription plan of SudoPro or SudoMax.
-
Must not be attempting to port a Toll-free number.
Steps to take:
From within your MySudo app contact the Support Team (support@mysudo.com) and notify them you would like to initiate a port request by:

Opening the MySudo app on your mobile device.

Tap the Sudo icon in the top left corner.

Tap Help

Tap Contact Support, a draft email will open.

Send in an email requesting to either:

“Port a number into MySudo from standard phone carrier” or
-
“Port a number into MySudo from Google Voice / other VoIP carrier”

We will respond with instructions on next steps to ensure we have your consent to port and that the number is qualified to be ported.

Port Out of MySudo
Your phone carrier may request some additional information to complete the process. To begin, from within your MySudo app contact the Support Team (support@mysudo.com) and notify them you would like to initiate a port request by:

Opening the MySudo app on your mobile device.

Tap Contact Support, a draft email will open.

Send in an email requesting to port your number out of MySudo and include the Sudo number you wish to port away.

We will respond and begin the process for you.
