Import and export your Password data

You can import passwords from other password managers or export your MySudo Password data using the browser extension.

Please note: MySudo Password supports creating and storing passkeys, but passkeys cannot currently be imported or exported.

Import data
MySudo Password supports imports from:

• Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari password exports (.csv)

• 1Password 7 and 8 (.csv)

• Dashlane (.csv and .zip)

• Generic CSV templates

To import:

1. Open the MySudo Password browser extension.

2. Select the menu (⋯) → go to Settings → Import.

3. Choose your file type and upload your export file.

4. Review the items and select Import.

Imported data will securely sync to your vault.

Export data
To export your saved information:

1. Open the MySudo Password browser extension.

2. Select the menu (⋯) → go to Settings → Export.

3. Enter your vault password.

4. Download your CSV file.

Exported files contain sensitive information. Store them securely and delete them when no longer needed.

Mobile limitations
Import and export are currently only available through the browser extension on desktop. These features are not supported in the iOS or Android apps.
