Security, Privacy, and Data Retention for MySudo Virtual Cards

Personal Information Retention
To meet regulatory and compliance requirements, Anonyome Labs retains the legal identity information you provide in the Sudo Platform for the duration of your MySudo usage, plus an additional five years after you stop using MySudo. The third-party identity verification provider we use to verify your legal identity information stores that data for 15 days.
 

Credit and Debit Card Information
Your credit or debit card details are stored in a secure, tokenized* form within the Sudo Platform. This allows MySudo to charge your funding card for purchases without accessing your full card number, expiration date, or CVV.

We store the tokenized version of your card as long as it remains an active funding source. Our service provider retains limited transaction information, including the last 4 digits of your card, billing address, and expiration date.
 

Security of Your Funding Sources
Full credit card details are never stored in the MySudo app. Only the card type and last 4 digits are visible. If someone gains access to your device or the app, they cannot access your full card number, expiry, or CVV.

*Tokenization replaces sensitive data with unique identification symbols that preserve necessary information while keeping your data secure.
