If you need to return a purchase or request a refund for a transaction made with a MySudo Virtual Card, follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Refunds and exchanges must be handled directly with the merchant where you made the purchase.
Follow the merchant’s return or exchange policy.
Once the merchant processes the refund, the funds will be returned to your original funding source (not the virtual card itself) within 5–10 business days.
If you do not see the refund after this timeframe, contact the merchant to confirm that the refund was issued.
Refunds When a Virtual Card Is Closed
If your MySudo Virtual Card has been closed or deleted, refunds will still be processed as long as the merchant submits the refund correctly. The funds will go back to your funding source.
Service Fees Are Non-Refundable
Please note that MySudo service fees are not refundable, even if you receive a full refund from the merchant.
