All telecommunications carriers, including those that MySudo partners with, have a responsibility to protect their network and customers from misuse. As such, certain patterns of activity may result in delivery of your SMS/MMS being delayed or blocked by carriers upstream of MySudo.
To reduce the likelihood that your messages are blocked, follow these guidelines:
For business related communications, ensure you have clear, specific consent from recipients for the type of messages you plan to send.
Do not continue to communicate with a phone number after the recipient has requested that you stop.
Ensure the frequency of your messaging is consistent with non-automated, human-to-human use.

Following these steps will help ensure your messages are delivered reliably.
