If you can’t send or receive messages:
Check your network
Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
• Tap Retry under the failed message if needed.
2. Check Notifications in MySudo
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
Tap Sudo Preferences → select the Sudo profile → under Notifications, ensure Receive Message Notifications is enabled
Check Do Not Disturb setting
iOS: Open device Settings -> Do Not Disturb → Make sure it’s disabled
Android: Open device Settings -> Sound & Notification ->Turn Do Not Disturb off

Check Date/Time setting
iOS: Open device Settings -> General -> Date & Time → Enable Set Automatically
Android: Open device Settings -> General/System -> Date & Time → Enable Automatic Date & Time (or Network-Provided Time)

Check Device Notifications
iOS: Open device Settings -> scroll to MySudo ->Tap Notifications and enable Allow Notifications
Android: Open device Settings -> Apps & Notifications (or Installed Apps) → Select MySudo → Make sure Show Notifications is enabled
