Email Attachments, Storage, and Scheduled Sending

MySudo enforces size limits for sending and receiving email attachments and provides different storage limits depending on your subscription plan.

Email Storage by Plan

SudoFree: 1 GB email storage for across all Sudo profiles

SudoGo: 2 GB email storage for across all Sudo profiles

SudoPro: 5 GB email storage for across all Sudo profiles

SudoMax: 15 GB email storage for across all Sudo profiles

Note: Storage size is across all Sudo profiles combined
 

Email Attachment Size Limits

• iOS: Maximum attachment size per email is 10MB (increase coming soon!).

• Android: Maximum attachment size per email is 25MB.

Note: Sudo-to-Sudo email attachments are encrypted, which can slightly increase file size. For example, a 14MB PDF with many images may exceed the limit after encryption.
 

Schedule Send

You can schedule an email to be sent at a specific time.

1. Compose your email as usual → tap the ellipsis (…) in the top corner.

2. Tap Schedule send → choose a date and time for the email to be delivered.

Your email will remain in the Drafts folder until it is sent at the scheduled time.
