Managing and Closing MySudo Virtual Cards

This guide explains what happens to a MySudo Virtual Card when you delete a Sudo profile and how to close a virtual card if you no longer need it.

How to Close a Virtual Card

You cannot permanently delete a virtual card from your MySudo account, but you can close it at any time:

1. Tap the Virtual Cards icon.

2. Tap Manage → tap Close Card → confirm by tapping Close Card again.

Once closed, the card will move to Closed Cards in Settings where you can still view its transaction history.
 

What Happens If You Delete a Sudo Profile

If you delete a Sudo profile that has an active virtual card attached, the card will be automatically closed and moved to Closed Cards under Virtual Cards in Settings.

• The card’s full transaction history will remain available under Closed Cards for your records.
