MySudo Group Messaging

Group SMS (NonSudo Users)

• US-based users communicating with U.S. contacts only.

• Up to 10 total participants are supported per group chat.

  • If you need support for larger groups, please contact MySudo Support so we can escalate your request as a feature enhancement.

Creating a Group Chat

1. Tap the New Message icon.

2. Tap New Group → select the Sudo Contacts you want to add → tap Create.

Android Note: If any participant is not using MySudo, the group chat will not function.

Leaving or Deleting a Group Chat

To leave a group:

1. Open the group conversation.

2. Tap the ellipses (…) in the top right → tap View Details → Leave Group.

• The group will be notified that you left.

• The chat remains in your thread list until you delete it.

• You cannot rejoin unless invited back.

To delete a group:

1. Open the group conversation.

2. Tap the ellipses (…) → View Details → Delete Group.

• The group is not notified.

• The conversation is removed from your thread list.
