Manage how your Sudo email works, protects your privacy, and handles deleted messages.
Block/Unblock an Email Sender
From within your email message, tap the ellipses (…) in the top right corner
Tap Block sender (the email will be moved to the Trash)
Future emails from that address will be stopped by the system and won’t appear in your inbox.
Unblock
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the bottom left corner
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
Tap Sudo Preferences → select the Sudo profile → under Emails → Block list → Unblock
You can recover the deleted email from your Trash folder within 30 days if needed
Marking Email as Spam
From within your email message, tap the ellipses (…) in the top right corner
Tap Mark as spam (the email will be moved to the Trash)
Future emails from that address will automatically be sent to your Spam folder.
Trash & Deleted Emails
When you delete an email, it is moved to the Trash folder and is automatically permanently deleted after 30 days.
Load Remote Images
You can choose whether remote images—including tracking pixels—are automatically downloaded in your emails. By default, loading remote images is off for better privacy.
To change this setting for a Sudo profile:
Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
Tap Sudo Preferences → select the Sudo profile → toggle Load Remote Images on or off.
