Limits
Each MySudo plan includes a limited number of email address changes. If you see a message that you’ve reached your limit, it means all email address allocations included with your plan have been used.
On SudoFree, email address changes are not available.
These limits are in place to protect the overall reputation of MySudo email addresses. Frequently changing email addresses can cause websites and email providers to flag MySudo addresses as suspicious. When this happens, messages may be blocked, filtered as spam, or rejected entirely.
Email address limits help ensure MySudo email addresses continue to work reliably for everyone.
Managing your email addresses
To avoid reaching your limit too quickly:
- Use different Sudos for different purposes (shopping, sign-ups, personal use)
- Only change an email address when necessary
- Consider upgrading your plan if you need additional email allocations
Creating new Sudos
An email address is required to create a Sudo profile. If you’ve reached your email address limit, you won’t be able to create a new Sudo, even if your plan includes additional Sudo profiles.
If you’ve reached your limit
You can continue using your existing Sudo email addresses normally.
New email address allocations are not automatically added with subscription renewals - you may need to upgrade your plan or contact Support to request an additional allocation. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
