Custom Email Signatures

You can create, edit, copy, and disable email signatures across your Sudo profiles using MySudo on mobile and Desktop.
 

Create, Edit, or Disable a Signature

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner

3. Tap Sudo Preferences → Select the Sudo profile you want to edit → tap Manage Signature under the Email section.

4. Create or edit your signature using Bold, Italics, and Underline or toggle off to Disable this feature → tap Save.

Notes:

• Desktop offers additional customization options; mobile will display the enhanced signature but cannot edit all formatting.

• Images and logos cannot be added to signatures for privacy reasons.

Copying a Signature to Other Sudo Profiles

Mobile:

1. After creating/editing your signature, tap Copy to other Sudos.

2. Select the Sudo profiles you want to copy it to → tap Save.

Note:

• If a Sudo profile shows Override, selecting it will replace its existing signature with the new one.
