Custom Email Folders

You can create, rename, delete, and move emails into custom folders using MySudo on mobile and Desktop. 
 

Create a Custom Folder

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Select a Sudo profile.

3. Tap Create Folder under the Email section.

Rename or Delete a Folder

1. Tap the Sudo profile icon in the top left corner.

2. Select the folder under the Email section.

3. Tap the ellipses (…) menu in the top right corner.

4. Tap Change folder name or Delete folder

Note: When you delete a custom folder, any emails it contained are moved to the Trash folder.
You can either restore them from Trash or let them be automatically deleted after 30 days.

Move Emails to a Custom Folder

1. From the Inbox, tap the ellipses (…) in the top right corner.

2. Tap Select emails and choose the ones to move.

3. Tap Move at the bottom of the screen and select a folder.

Note: Emails in the Sent folder cannot be moved at this time.
